Challenge

Costa Coffee, the second largest coffee chain in the world had come to Canada and they needed to let the Canadian public know! Through a partnership with Shell Canada, Costa made their premium, barista-style coffee-to-go available at over 140 Shell locations across the country. Premium, barista-style coffee at a gas station? Exactly!

Idea

You can’t sell a secret! ClearMotive worked with Costa to increase awareness at the retail level through point of sale materials, coffee promotions, and retailer incentive campaigns using traditional and digital mediums.

Outcome

Through a collaborative approach across two continents, Costa has increased their cups per day average by as much as 50% across some Shell locations with an increased level of engagement at the retail level. Stay tuned for our new campaigns in 2017/18.
