Challenge

HIVE Innovations, the future of SAGD well pad solutions, enlisted ClearMotive’s support in the development of a trade show strategy for the CHOA Fall Conference. This conference was HIVE’s first big opportunity to publicly show off the solutions they offer and to get decision makers at the largest oil and gas companies in Canada talking.

Idea

To set HIVE apart as the premier provider of modular well pad solutions, ClearMotive knew it was key for conference-goers to see a demonstration, so we helped create an experience that captured the attention of Canada’s oil and gas leaders. Using tools like virtual reality, attendees were given a virtual tour of the well pads and were shown how a base level solution could be expanded upon and customized to suit any need. ClearMotive created a tradeshow booth and a takeaway brochure that reinforced the claims made in the VR experience and allowed interested parties to revisit the model after the show.

Outcome

HIVE Innovations has been set apart as a leader in the oil and gas industry as a provider of standardized turnkey SAGD well pads that are as efficient as bespoke solutions, but come at a reduced cost. Their solutions were brought to life with a VR experience, branded trade show booth and unique brochure, whose content can be carried through to their website to extend the experience to all potential customers.
